Through your membership page, please download our digitizing tool called RODEM.
RODEM is a freeware which helps you digitize graphs or charts of semiconductors' device characteristic values. If you need more information about RODEM, please click here. You may view a sample image of RODEM on this page.

Please upload the numeric data files you digitized by RODEM to request the extraction of SPICE parameters. It will take 1-3 business days for extraction, dependent on the volume of orders at the time.

The SPICE parameters are extracted using an automatic-modeling tool, "MoDeCH-Extractor", which has also been developed by MoDeCH Inc. If you need more information about extraction, please click here.

After extractions are complete, we will inform you by email. At the same time, we will upload the modeling reports onto your membership page. This report will enable you to verify the accuracy of the extracted SPICE parameters. If you accept the extracted parameters, please continue to Step 5.
*If you DO NOT accept it or unsatisfied with the results, you do not need to purchase it.
In such case, we will store the extracted parameters information on our server. Therefore, you may still purchase them through your membership page if you change your mind.

After confirmation of payment, we will send an email to inform you that the parameters are available for download. The SPICE parameters will be available through your membership page. Once you have purchased the SPICE parameters, you may download it as many times as you wish.
