| 1. | "MODECH Co., Ltd" (referred to as "MODECH") operating WEB site of "SPICE MODELING SQUARE" (referred to as "This Site") respects the privacy of users (referred to as "Users") who use all contents and services in This Site and exerts extreme caution in managing of Users' personal information. |
| 2. | MODECH sets a company policy to protect Users' personal information by making an effort to construct a company structure to implement measures about protecting personal information, and to improve these measures and policies continuously. | 6. | MODECH may collect information related to Users' privacy: such as information about liking or interest, history information, etc, from using access log, IP address and so on. In addition, MODECH may use this information without any limitation as long as MODECH uses this information in a format that is impossible to identify the individual and that is impossible to check against or to inquire for Personal Information. |
(The purpose of Use of Personal Information)
| 7. | MODECH uses Personal Information collected from Users for the following purposes: | |
| (1) | In the case where MODECH makes an acceptance or repudiation notice of User's proposals of agreement in This Site; | |
| (2) | In the case where MODECH makes notice about payment of purchase price of SPICE parameters, etc.; | |
| (3) | In the case where MODECH makes a notice related to fulfillment or cancellation of any contract in This Site; | |
| (4) | In the case where MODECH makes a reply or answer to inquiries from User | |
| (5) | In the case where MODECH gives warning or attention to User who violates or commits an act likely to violate any terms or guidelines in This Site; | |
| (6) | In the case where MODECH requires fulfillment of obligation to MODECH from the User who has an obligation; | |
| (7) | In the case where MODECH recruits participants in a campaign hosted by MODECH, makes notice to winners of the campaign, or sends gifts, etc. to the winner; | |
| (8) | In the case where MODECH sends an introduction or questionnaire related to services that MODECH provides; | |
| (9) | In the case where MODECH makes important notice related to This Site; | |

| 8. | MODECH does not provide or disclose Personal Information to any third parties without the User's approval or permission; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following. | |

(Inquiry by Users)
| 11. | In the case where the User requests MODECH to inquire, adjust, add or delete his/her Personal Information, MODECH shall confirm the user's identity. In addition, in the case where MODECH has confirmed the fact that the inquiry, etc. should be by the User in person, MODECH responds to the inquiry, etc. in a reasonable amount of time. |
(Modification of Purpose of Use)
| 12. | Modification of this Policy by MODECH: such as a change of purpose of use, change of method of management, etc. should become effective immediately when MODECH modifies This Site. |
(Exclusion of Liability)
| 13. | If the User's Personal Information is acquired by any third party, MODECH accepts no liability for the acquisition in the following events. | |

| (2) | In the case where User confirms the acquisition by the third party; | |

| 14. | MODECH does not accept any liability for protection of privacy from linked WEB sites in This Site. User shall access or visit linked WEB sites at his/her own risk. |
