This service we provide to extract SPICE parameters are available to the following device models and simulators. We recommend you to check if your device model matches them. Also, we plan to increase availability to other types of models and simulators to improve customer satisfaction. If you have any requests of other such models and simulators, please inform us by E-mail. support@modech.com

SPICE Modeling Square has a very simple and acceptable fee structure for all customers. With a fair unit price and unique volume discount system, we feel that this will provide our customers with a service that is both reasonable and profitable.

When purchasing the SPICE parameters, customers may select their payment method using PayPal or others. We recommend PayPal for a faster delivery and service.

PayPal, which has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions, is the most useful and secure online payment solution. Even if you do not have an account with PayPal and wish to purchase SPICE parameters, PayPal enables you to make a purchase using a credit card. PayPal will secure your financial information with any merchant, including us at SMS.

If you already have a PayPal account,

(1) On the SMS's "Purchase Confirmation" page, please select PayPal, and click "Pay with PayPal" button.
(2) Click "Login" in the PayPal pop-up window.
(3) After reviewing your payment details, click "Pay Now" in the pop-up window to complete payment.
(4) Click the button to return to SMS.

If you do not have a PayPal account,

(1) On the SMS's "Purchase Confirmation" page, please select PayPal, and click "Pay with PayPal" button.
(2) Click "Pay as Guest" in the PayPal pop-up window.
(3) Enter your credit card and individual information, then click "Pay Now" to complete payment.
(4) Click the button to return to SMS.

*PayPal accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX. Soon after we recognize and confirm your payment with PayPal, we will enable you to download the purchased SPICE parameters. Delivery time is within 3 business days. Furthermore, we are committed to expedite delivery time for the benefit of our customers.

For whatever reason you are unavailable to use PayPal, please select "Others" on the SMS's "Purchase Confirmation" page.
In this case, we will immediately send you an E-mail which describes how to pay through a bank transfer. In brief, you would have to credit the amount into our bank account within 7 days after the written E-mail. If we do not receive a credit to our account within 7 days, we might regard your order as "cancelled". However, an overseas remittance is excluded from this deadline of 7 days. With customers of all countries other than Japan, we would like to adjust and negotiate a term of payment that is fair and just. When using an overseas remittance, please contact us in advance of your order.

If your corporate accounting manual limits the settlement date, we can assume that you would not be allowed to pay within 7 days. If such the case, please inform us of your payment date by E-mail.
Soon after we recognize and confirm your payment into our bank account, we will enable you to download the purchased SPICE parameters.
